Hi all, many thanks to those who have already registered and also supported the new lotto/membership initiative. The lotto committee members Stephen McNamara, Ciaran Murphy, Niall O'Connor, Ronan Cooney & Larry Hally have put a lot of time and effort into getting this new system off the ground and it's great to see that work paying off. People signing up to & continuing with the new system will have the benefit of being continually registered for as long as their monthly payments are operating. This will save players in particluar a lot of grief next December as Croke Park have directed that players must be registered with their clubs by January annually in order to be covered to play.
All members continuing on this scheme will also be considered paid up by the March 31st deadline and so will be eligible to propose nominations and vote at the AGM and to enter the draw for All Ireland hurling & football tickets and for tickets for Munster hurling games which are expected to be in demand for Clare's two home games in particular. We would encourage all members to order tickets throught the club where applicable.
Registration takes place at the clubhouse this Thursday 29 March from 8.30 to 9.30pm with Eamon Murphy (087-673 8150) & Stephen McNamara (086-818 0603).
